you could cut the whole skewering and just use the skinless drumsticks and cook it all on the bone then just cut it off into the curry once its cooked saves extra mess

Where did you get the mustard oil? It's banned as a foodstuff in Europe and North America on account of it being bad for your heart.

Mustard oil, but she said you can use other oils - sunflower will do.

Thank you so much! Luckily i had all the spices in that i needed but i understand most people wouldn't so a shopping list in the description would be great for next time! I've just prepared my sauce for later, it looks and smells amazing, fingers crossed it tastes as good as it smells! Lovely recipe and to all the people who say its too hard, go for it! i guarantee you won't find it as hard as you think with these straight forward steps! :)

I'm not sure if I did something wrong. Maybe I just made too much chicken but I'm baking it right now and the chicken is so juicy that the pan is like half chicken juice. I'm gonna keep cooking it hoping it will evaporate. I don't want to drain it for fear of losing flavor.

I think this is all the ingredients:
Ingredients
1 small onion, 2 medium
1 green pepper
50ml+ double cream
Chicken breast 800g
2 green chilli
5 tomatoes
puree
Yoghurt
Turmeric, chilli powder, karam masala, cumin seeds, bayleaf, coriander and ginger powder
cardamon
2 small Ginger

the cost of using those spices makes this prohibitively expensive.
an excellent recipe, but makes the meal far to costly for the average person.

a) visit an Indian grocer, they're much cheaper there
b) they sell big packages, and smaller packages, but even the smaller packages will be enough to make this at least 10 times.
